Crêpes

For 7-8 crêpes:

Ingredients

250g flour
500ml milk
4 eggs
1 pinch of salt

Method

1. Sift the flour.

2. Beat the eggs then add milk and salt and mix together. Gradually incorporate the flour to the mixture.

3. Put the mixture through a sieve.

4. Cover and leave to rest for one hour.
